These terms describe the use of the Gideograph website and the general basis for discussing services with Gokul N. Project specific terms will be agreed separately in writing.
Website and enquiries
This website provides information about marketing and creative services. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve availability or commit either party to a project.
Scope and fees
Deliverables, fees, advertising budgets, timelines, revisions and responsibilities must be agreed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Advertising platform spend is separate from service fees unless the agreement expressly states otherwise.
Campaign outcomes
Lead volume, sales, revenue and return on advertising spend are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors including demand, competition, the offer, website experience, budget and sales follow up.
Case studies and feedback
Campaign examples show selected reported results with available context. Platform reported purchase events are not the same as verified collected revenue. Past performance does not establish what a future campaign will achieve. Client feedback reflects individual experiences.
Client responsibilities
Projects may require accurate business information, permission to use supplied materials, relevant account access, timely approvals and feedback on enquiries. The specific responsibilities will be set out in the project agreement.
Content and intellectual property
Do not copy or republish Gideograph branding, website content or original creative work without permission. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be addressed in the relevant written agreement. Platform names belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.
External services
This website links to external platforms and uses a third party service to process enquiries. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. If an enquiry fails to submit, you can contact Gideograph directly by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation, refund, rescheduling or termination terms will be defined in the project agreement before work starts. This website does not process payments.
